Psychotherapy sessions are 50-minute meetings typically once or twice weekly. Frequency can be flexible according to your schedule and issue.

Yes. Psychotherapy is confidential. Psychotherapy is bound by the rules of confidentiality. Only you can release your health records to an outsider. The only ones who know about your psychotherapy sessions are you, your psychologist and anyone to whom you give the written approval for your psychologist to talk (such as a physician or family member).
However, be aware that the law requires psychologists to divulge confidential information in 3 specific circumstances: a) they reasonably suspect that a child is being abused (this can mean a child-patient or a child or relation of a patient); b) things that patients are saying make it appear that they are likely to hurt themselves or hurt someone else, that they're "a danger;" c) a patient makes a specific threat of violence against a specific person, the idea being that if psychologists, in their privileged position, are privy to information that, having been divulged, might save a life, then that specific information's confidentiality is waived.
It depends. Typically, people come for help when they feel overwhelmed by an acute crisis or a specific issue. The presenting issue might be resolved in a few weeks. However, people may choose to stay in therapy because they enjoy the process of learning about themselves and, usually, because they are starting to see improvement in their relationships. Once the patient-therapist relationship has been established, people can choose to periodically reconnect when an issue arises.
Dr. Klein believes that psychotherapy should be available as any other medical specialty: on demand (not literally) and only when needed. Establishing an existing relationship with a mental health professional in your community makes it easier to reach out when the situation calls for it.
